Dmitry Golosov became a member of the Expert Council of the State Duma

The Expert Council was established under the Committee of the Lower Chamber of Parliament on economic policy, industry, innovative development and entrepreneurship.

Its main purpose is to assist in reviewing and estimating proposals for improving federal legislation in the field of organization and functioning of special economic zones, territories of advanced development and territorial and innovative clusters. The Expert Council was headed by Alexander Kozlovsky - the deputy, the member of the United Russia faction, the regional coordinator of the party project "Locomotives of Growth". According to Dmitry Golosov, JSC "SEZ" participation in work of the legislative body will allow to organize work on improving the profile legislation at a qualitatively new level.
The first meeting of the Expert Council was held in the State Duma on 25 January 2018. Representatives of enterprises, relevant ministries and departments, the expert community and the State Duma took part in this event. The participants of the meeting considered different issues of development and improvement of investment attractiveness of SEZ, efficiency of of their technological and industrial infrastructure functioning and prolongation of privileges and preferences for technological SEZ residents at the federal level. Moreover the development of a mechanism for granting subsidies to the regions of the Russian Federation to cover infrastructure costs. Deputy Chairman of the Committee for economic policy, industry, innovative development and entrepreneurship Denis Kravchenko noted that the deputies are consistently engaged in the development of special economic zones and industrial clusters. According to him, the SEZ and industrial clusters provide additional opportunities for the implementation of those programs that are currently being implemented in Russia. These include diversification programs and import substitution programs.
