Special economic zones (SEZ) is a large-scale federal project aimed at the economical development of Russian economics and regions by attracting direct local and foreign investment to the high-tech economic industries, import-substituting production, shipbuilding, and tourism.

All special economic zones are endowed by the State with an exclusive legal status that provides a set of tax and custom preferences to the investors and also guarantees access to engineering, logistics and business infrastructure.

The costs of the SEZs projects save in average 30-40% if compare with all-Russian general practice. They propose necessary terms to develop business, implement new ideas, create new industrial & high-tech products.
